Birthday Party Booking Policy

Booking and payment

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your birthday party booking and reserve your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the party. I’ll confirm the final price and agreed details with you in advance.
 

Cancellations and rescheduling

If your plans change, please let me know as soon as possible. If you need to cancel, any refund will depend on the notice given and any reasonable, non-recoverable costs or losses already incurred.

If you need to change the date, I’ll do my best to arrange an alternative date, subject to availability. I’ll always try to be flexible where possible, particularly if your child is unwell.
 

If Happy Art Club needs to cancel

In the unlikely event that I’m unable to run your workshop due to illness or an emergency, I’ll contact you as soon as possible. I’ll offer an alternative date if one is available or provide a full refund if we can’t agree on a suitable replacement date.
 

Final details

Please let me know about any changes to the number of children or activity at least one week before the party, so I can prepare the right materials and equipment.

By paying the deposit, you confirm that you agree to the booking arrangements above.
